HOW CAN I BECOME AN AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR OF FELISA?
To start the process, send an email to ventas@felisa.com.mx expressing your interest. We will send you a request along with a list of documents that need to be submitted. Additionally, as part of the process, a member of our sales team will visit you to get to know you better and understand your needs. Both the documents and the results of the visit will be analyzed and evaluated, and we will inform you shortly if you have been accepted as an authorized distributor.
CAN I BUY DIRECTLY FROM FELISA?
No, our sales are made exclusively through authorized distributors. Contact us, and we will connect you with the nearest distributor.
DO YOU OFFER MAINTENANCE SERVICES?
Yes, we offer maintenance services throughout the year. The frequency of maintenance depends on the type of equipment, the process, and the time of use. The customer sends the equipment to our facility for diagnosis; after approving the quote, we perform the maintenance and return the equipment. The shipping costs for both ways are the customer’s responsibility.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY POLICY?
We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of invoicing. By completing our satisfaction survey, you can extend the warranty for an additional year. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not apply in cases of improper use of the equipment.
DO YOU SELL REPLACEMENT PARTS DIRECTLY TO CUSTOMERS?
Yes, we offer all the necessary replacement parts for our equipment. These are sold directly to the customer, who is responsible for the shipping costs.
DO YOU OFFER TECHNICAL ADVISORY?
Yes, we provide free technical advisory from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You can contact us at the number: 3331106002.
DO YOU HAVE QUALITY CERTIFICATION?
Yes, we are certified under the ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems standard. Global Standard is our certifying body, backed by ANAB to grant the certification.
DOES FELISA MANUFACTURE ITS OWN EQUIPMENT?
Yes, all our equipment is manufactured by us. We have over 50 years of experience in the market. Additionally, in support of the Mexican economy, approximately 95% of our raw materials are of national origin.
DO YOU SHIP WITHIN AND OUTSIDE MEXICO?
Yes, we ship both within and outside of Mexico.
IS FELISA A MEXICAN COMPANY?
Yes, Felisa is a 100% Mexican company.
